Cursus van 10 lessen in het SPOONKatelier van Caro Kroon waarbij je leert hoe je met recycel- materialen (jeans) een droomkledingstuk en’of een tas kan maken. En hoe je jeans kan upcyclen.

upcyclen definitie: 

hergebruiken van materialen en er iets met meer ‘waarde’ van maken. Upcyclen kost minder energie dan recyclen én inspireert tot duurzamer gedrag. Het is een uniek proces, waarbij het materiaal leidt tot het ontwerp, i.p.v. dat het ontwerp leidt tot de materiaalkeuze. 

Cursus van 10 lessen waarbij je leert hoe je makkelijk kan  recycelen- en upcyclen. Experimenteel en inspirerend. Theatermaker, kunstenaar, performer Caro Kroon heeft inmiddels een collectie van meer dan 700 theaterkostuums op haar naam staan. Ze bied je een enorme schat aan inventieve technieken en materialen die ze heel graag met je wil delen.

Course of 10 lessons in Caro Kroon’s SPOONKatelier where you will learn how to use recyclable materials (jeans) to create a dream garment and bag. And how to upcycle jeans.

upcycling definition:

Reusing materials and turning them into something with more ‘value’. Upcycling takes less energy than recycling and inspires more sustainable behaviour. It is a unique process, where the material leads to the design, instead of the design leading to the choice of material.

Course of 10 lessons in which you learn how to easily recycle and upcycle. Experimental and inspiring. Theatre maker, artist, performer Caro Kroon now has a collection of over 700 theatre costumes to her name. She offers you a huge wealth of inventive techniques and materials that she is very keen to share with you.
